Rick was one of my dearest friends in school and was always so happy when we ran into each other throughout the years.  He was truly a genuine person and never changed.  I already miss him and will cherish the memories of our friendship.  RIP my sweet friend.

Can someone tell me what happen to Rick. I met Rick when we were about 8 years old and he taught me the fine art of being crazy. He was one of my closest friends and we had so much fun in life.....not fo mentioned all the trouble we got in also. Rick I will always remember you and miss you very much.  I used to enjoy seeing you on the lake waving like crazy and hollering out my name. RIP my friend. To one cool guy. Jerry

I didn't know Rick well in school, but after reading all of the nice comments about him, I feel as though I missed out on one of life's great experiences.  It always saddens me to lose another of our dear classmates.  My thoughts and prayers are with Rick's family.

Rick was just the sweetest guy.  It didn't matter how long it had been since we'd seen each other; if we ran into each other, a huge smile would light up his face, he'd drawl my name, and give me a big old hug.  I am just so sad to hear this news.  Such a good guy; I'll miss you, Rick.

Very sad to hear of Rick's passing. If you read every comment, they all say the same thing. And this is exactly how I remember Rick, Funny, Happy, Caring, Giving, Extremely Friendly.  I never heard a bad word of Rick. I know all will miss Rick and I know we are all better for having known Rick.
