I'm sad...because I didn't have chance for interaction with Trudy after high school. I admired her very much. She was an inspiration to me with her genuinely nice character (when I think of her I see her always-present smile) and her role model to me for taking acedemics seriously. I always enjoyed our time talking together. Her life and achievements after high school are not surprising!

Trudy and I were best friends in junior and senior high. Both of us were kind of shy and gave each other courage. One of frequently said "I'll go if you go." After Furman we stayed in touch for about 10 years but gradually list touch with each other as we moved to different parts of the country. Trudy was smart, funny, but most of all kind. She will be missed.

Even though I had not seen Trudy since high school, we shared quite a few classes together and I remember her well.  She was smart and kind, and was one of the most conscientious people I have ever known.  I am grateful Trudy and I were able to briefly reconnect over the RHHS website.
